Processing or turnaround time is the amount of time it takes to make your order prior to shipping. Due to all items being handmade and hand processed, turnaround time will vary based on the amount of orders in the queue. During holidays and the fall season, turnaround times are longer. Please check the top of the website for updated processing times at the time of your order. It is our goal to always beat the posted turnaround time. If you opt for Priority mail shipping, it does NOT change the processing time but changes the shipping time with USPS only. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number when your order has shipped. Please note that USPS can sometimes take up to 72 hours to show movement on a shipped package.

We are very transparent about turnaround times and include turnaround time updates in multiple areas of the site, including in the agreement checkbox that you must click before placing an order. Occasionally we will receive an email within the turnaround time demanding to know why an order has not shipped yet. The artist will immediately cancel the order of any individual that does this. Please understand that we are an art studio of a single artist, not a corporation like Amazon that is able to turnaround product in five days or less. While we have thousands of wonderful customers and this is only an occasional occurrence, it happens enough that the artist has now implemented this rule. All inquiries regarding shipping status prior to turnaround time are subject to cancellation.


Due to order volume, we are unable to offer combined shipping. We are unable to respond to requests asking to hold and combine orders. Thank you for understanding.


Orders are shipped via USPS via your choice of standard or Priority shipping. Packages which weigh 16 ounces or more, must ship Priority. Eau de Parfum orders of 30ml or more must ship via ground shipping due to alcohol content (we are unable to ship Eau de Parfums to Hawaii).

For Eau de Parfum orders containing above 30ml, occasionally the shipping may show as First Class or Priority Mail. Please note that this is to save you on shipping costs but the package itself will ship ground.

All orders will come with a tracking number which will allow you to follow the path of your package to its destination. For orders above $300, signature confirmation is required, and we include it complimentarily. If your order is above $300, please be aware that you must sign for it and we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to a lack of signature. To purchase shipping confirmation on orders under $300, please include this add on in your cart and send us an email to let us know you have purchased signature confirmation.


USPS sometimes experiences delays. If your package is not delivered or tracking shows it as stuck in transit, we have no way of obtaining further information. You must contact your local post office to inquire regarding the status of your package. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we have absolutely no control over how USPS handles delivery. Please note that we cannot reimburse orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from a residence and you must file a claim with your local post office directly. We do not refund lost or stolen packages. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information shows the package has been delivered. If you have had issues of packages not being delivered in the past, please contact us to arrange signature confirmation on your package.

Shipping labels are automatically printed with the address you provide and we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information provided to us. In the event a package is returned to us due to an error on your end, re-shipping charges will apply.

For international customers, since we don't know the import restrictions in your country, please be aware of your import restrictions and fees before ordering. We cannot mark packages as “gift", so please do not ask us to as it is illegal. Requests to mark packages as gifts will not be honored. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, shipping fees or any additional expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. If a package gets returned to us because you did not pay the customs fee, we will not issue a refund. 

Overseas packages usually take between 3-5 weeks to arrive, sometimes longer, and are sometimes delayed by customs. Once a package has been processed through customs we are unable to track it on our end. Please check with your local postal or customs office if your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, as we have no control over overseas post offices. We recommend that you physically visit your local customs/post office to discuss your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your USPS generated tracking information. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee overseas shipments and we are unable to investigate or replace orders once tracking information shows that they have left the United States. You MUST contact your local post office, as we have no way to check on packages once they leave the USA. While most of our packages do arrive successfully, international shipping does pose a risk and once we ship your package we have absolutely no control over it. We do not refund lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us by customs for any reason, you will need to pay the shipping costs to ship your package back out a second time. These are our sales terms, which you agree to at the time of checkout whether here on our website or if we create a custom order for you on Etsy, so please understand the risks involved with international orders before placing your order . It is your responsibility to be aware of the VAT and/or duties fees you will have to pay upon delivery. We do ship to countries with restrictive cosmetics and/or customs regulations.


Please note that we do not ship to the EU and the UK.


Due to the cosmetic nature of the product, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. If we make an error in your order (like sending the wrong perfume, for example), we will make sure it's corrected. Because of the handmade, and occasionally one of a kind or limited edition nature of our products, once your order is placed through or system, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. 

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us right away and include photos of the damaged item, photos of the inside of the package, and photos of the outside of the package so that we can file an insurance claim or otherwise rectify the situation for you. We will not be able to assess the damage without photos of the packaging, so be sure to hang on to your packaging and to send us these photos in your initial email. 


We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, the artist does not have control over how USPS handles the package. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours to correct it. 

If your package is marked delivered, but you did not receive it, this is a post office issue and you must deal directly with your local post office, as the artist unfortunately does not have control over your local post office and how they handle packages. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a mail theft report. We are also happy to help initiate a missing mail claim on your behalf, or to try and work with the post office to try and geolocate the package. 


Gifts with purchase which have a threshold must meet the threshold AFTER any other coupon codes and shipping charges are applied. Free gifts added to a cart which do not meet the threshold, or added after a promotion has ended, will cause the entire order to be automatically canceled.

Free shipping promos are always for ground shipping only. If Priority Mail is selected during a free shipping promo, your package will still ship via ground shipping. 


Due to order volume, we have a preorder option for most new fragrance collection launches. Placing a preorder is a way to reserve a fragrance before it appears in the general launch. Pre-orders must be purchased individually or together with other pre-order items. If in-stock items are ordered together with pre-order items, your order will be automatically canceled.


Some essential oils and fragrance components are not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult with your doctor before using any product containing essential oils or fragrance. Always keep fragrances away from children and pets. Pets (especially cats) are very sensitive to plants and essential oils, so please don't pet your fur children if you have oil on your hands. Our fragrances are only suitable for ages 12 and up as young children are also very sensitive to fragrance. Never apply perfume to young children or pets.

Always conduct an allergy patch test on a small area of your arm and leave it on for 24 hours before committing to a full application. Amorphous perfumes are created to be skin-friendly using premium ingredients and abiding by IFRA safe usage limits, but as with all products applied to the body, discontinue use should you experience irritation. Your purchase acknowledges the possibility that some people may have allergic reactions to various plant extracts and fragrance components, and Amorphous Perfume is not liable for allergies or misuse of our products. If you have specific known allergies, please contact us before purchase. Notes are not ingredients, and we are happy to crosscheck ingredients if you have allergy concerns. 

Please don't do strange and dangerous things with your perfume oil. Don't put it in your eyes, for example, or store it near an open flame. All oils are for EXTERNAL USE ONLY. 

Perfumes are for personal use only. You may not rebottle, resell, or distribute Amorphous perfumes for sale in any form, including in candles, soaps, lotions, cosmetics, or other bath and body products.

Amorphous does not endorse any third party sellers and is not responsible for fragrances not purchased directly from the artist. Amorphous cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of works purchased from third party sellers or decanters. 


Due to legal requirements, we are required to state that our curio, magical, ritual, and altar products are sold as curios only and offered for entertainment purposes only.  It is the buyers sole responsibility when purchasing ritual oils, curios, or magical products to know how to use them in their own personal practice. Descriptions which contain magical and spiritual references are for the purpose of observing and preserving traditions. We do not guarantee results nor take any responsibility for the use of magical items and we cannot advise you on your spiritual practice beyond the advice offered by the artist in the item description.
