Turnaround Time
Current turnaround time as of November 29, 2025: ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP BY DECEMBER 15.
Our goal is always to ship much sooner than the maximum turnaround time; however, we are currently in our busiest season. Inquiries about shipping status prior to the elapsed turnaround time are subject to cancellation.
Policy Reminders
Amorphous Perfume is the perfume house of an individual artist who always aims to ship sooner than the maximum turnaround time. The listed turnaround time represents the maximum processing period based on current demand and order volume.
To allow the artist to continue crafting and processing orders as efficiently as possible, the following policies apply:
• Processing time is always displayed at the top of the website.
• We are unable to answer emails asking when an order will ship or for ETA updates. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
• Some orders may ship sooner depending on workflow. The goal is always to ship before the stated turnaround time.
• Please ensure that our emails are not caught in your spam folder.
We are transparent about turnaround times and post updates in multiple areas of the site, including the agreement checkbox you must click before placing an order. Occasionally, customers contact us shortly after placing an order to ask why it has not yet shipped. Please remember: we are an art studio of a single artist, not a corporation like Amazon. Processing takes time, and inquiries made before the stated turnaround period may be canceled at the artist’s discretion to maintain fairness for all customers.
Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are final. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
Because each order enters the artist’s workflow immediately, we cannot change, combine, or cancel orders once placed. We cannot respond to requests for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or order modifications unless it is to make an address correction within 24 hours of purchase.
Perfume is subjective; we encourage you to try sample or dram sizes before committing to a full bottle.
Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
USPS occasionally experiences delays or tracking errors. If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local post office directly. Once a package is in USPS custody, we have no control over its handling or delivery.
We cannot reimburse orders lost or stolen after USPS delivery. Please file a claim or police report if you believe a package was mishandled or stolen.

Incorrect Addresses
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours so we can update it. Labels are printed exactly as provided, and we are not responsible for lost orders due to customer error.
If a package is returned to us because of an address error, a $5 re-shipping fee plus postage will apply.
Combined Shipping
We are unable to combine orders. Each order ships individually, even if placed minutes apart. This ensures timely and accurate fulfillment within the artist’s workflow.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is complimentary for orders totaling $300 and above, and required for first-time orders of $150 or more. If your order meets these criteria, please ensure someone is available to sign; we are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to a missing signature.

Collaborations and Reviews
While the artist appreciates genuine reviews, Amorphous Perfume does not collaborate with influencers or offer free products in exchange for reviews.
Emails requesting collaborations or influencer partnerships will not receive a response.
Third-Party Sales and Decanting
Amorphous Perfume products are sold exclusively through amorphousperfume.com and our official Etsy shop.
We do not endorse third-party sellers or decanters, and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of items purchased elsewhere.

International Shipping
We currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Norway.
We are unable to make exceptions or arrange shipping to other regions.
Since import restrictions vary by country, please review your local customs policies before ordering.
All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a package is returned due to unpaid fees, no refund will be issued.
Samples
Samples are released periodically as part of seasonal or limited collections and are not available by request.
We do not fulfill custom sample or decant requests.
Response Policy
To ensure that time is dedicated to creating and fulfilling orders, inquiries about destinations we don’t ship to or sample requests may not receive a reply.
Forwarding Services
We do not permit the use of third-party shipping or package-forwarding services.
Orders sent to forwarding addresses are ineligible for replacements, refunds, or support in the event of damage, loss, or theft.
Orders suspected of using forwarding services may be canceled at our discretion.
Decanting and Use Policy
All perfumes are finished compositions intended for personal fragrance use only.
You may not rebottle, resell, or use Amorphous perfumes in candles, soaps, lotions, cosmetics, or any other formulated products.
Use outside their intended purpose is prohibited, and Amorphous Perfume is not liable for misuse.
Preorders
Preorders are available for most new fragrance launches and must be purchased individually or with other preorder items only.
Orders that mix permanent collection items with preorder items will be automatically canceled.
Preordering is the only way to reserve a fragrance before public launch, and availability cannot be guaranteed afterward.
Additional Information
Out-of-stock items from the permanent collection are restocked as time allows. Join our mailing list or follow on Instagram for restock updates.
We cannot ship Eau de Parfum internationally or to Hawaii due to alcohol restrictions.
EDP orders over 30 ml must ship ground; this may appear as First Class or Priority Mail at checkout, but the package will ship ground.
Always perform an allergy patch test before full application. If you have known sensitivities, contact us before purchase — we are happy to cross-check ingredients.
