After several years of experimentation, we have arrived at the ultimate funeral parlor scent. Hauntingly beautiful and eerily accurate, this fragrance encompasses all of the nuances of a funeral parlor.
At the heart of this fragrance is the flower most often associated with death -a lush bouquet of fresh, full bloomed, creamy lilies. In the background, a beautiful antique oak accord peeks through, darkened by choya ral —a smoky, amber-like resin distilled from the shorea robusta tree. Finally, two atmospheric fabric accords linger gently in the background creating a subtle impression of funeral parlor carpeting and a long black velvet cloak. This fragrance is chillingly accurate, yet beautifully wearable.
Presented in a 5ml amber apothecary bottle (oil), 10ml rollerball bottle (oil), and 15ml Eau de Parfum.

I just excitedly ripped open my package and tested Funeral Cloak. Dear gods, goddesses, deities, whatever......its haunting and dark and deeply nostalgic. Its very floral, without being overwhelming or sickly sweet, and you can all but feel the oak benches beneath you as you watch the velvet draps rustle.
I am a hard target for fragrances, bc while something may smell wonderful in a bottle I'll wear it and my body chemistry will turn it awful.....but right now, I cannot stop smelling myself. Its all the comfort and bone of the growth of a funeral parlor. Thank you so much

If you want to smell like a mortuary, BUY THIS. I mean it.
I was really hesitant to try this own because I have not had the best luck with lily scents and I probably wouldn't have bought this one had it not been in the sampler tin and I was able to smell/try it. Another reason why I really enjoy the sampler tins as the ones I would have never have tried end up being the scents I like most, and often the ones I think I may like and buy a full size bottle, may not work well with my chemistry. At the beginning it is much stronger naturally, and I can really smell the velvet and almost a woody scent with the lily. As this settles, the floral is center stage and presents as such a beautifully made creamy lily scent on the dry down. I absolutely fell in love with this one!!!! If you haven't tried it or are unsure, do not pass it up!!!
This oil is amazing. You feel like you go back in time. Very earthy and mysterious. Througout the day the scent slightly changes and it is one of the scents every time you smell it it reminds you of something else. Definitly reminds you of an autumn evening.
