This one actually brought me to tears upon first smelling it. Suddenly it’s 1989, I’m small again. I’m with my cousin who I think is the coolest girl in the world in all her pink, playing with My Little Ponies in her pretty room. This time she lets me keep one, white with pink stars, and this one means more than any of mine, it was hers. For a moment I was back there again, in this cherished space, an innocent time, a sweet memory. This is an amazing gift, and I can’t explain how much it means to me. This perfume gave me a safe and happy piece of my childhood back.
The scent itself is so pretty! The perfect strawberry candy smell. A slight touch of rose. And the vinyl! It allllmost veers into plastic but never quite gets there, it is a very specific and perfect match to an old doll (or pony) and it’s phenomenal. Anyone who grew up in the 80s or 90s, this is one for you. I’m going to have to get the largest bottle of this.
I want to thank the artist for this absolutely perfect, beautiful memory of a scent. (And I still have the pony 🩷 and she smells good!)
