Return Policy

All sales are final. Perfumes and artwork are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. We highly suggest purchasing dram vials or samples before committing to a full sized bottle to discern which scents work best for you.

If we make an error in your order (like sending the wrong perfume, for example), we will do our best to make sure it's corrected. Please report any damages or omissions within 48 hours of receipt. We require documentation for insurance purposes, so please e-mail photos of the damaged products including the packaging as it was received. We are unable to reimburse damages without photos. We may also require the product to be returned to us.

Because of the handmade, and occasionally one of a kind or limited edition nature of our products, once your order is placed through or system, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

All labels and packaging are designed and printed in-house as part of a handcrafted process. As such, slight variations in color, saturation, or placement may occur from one item to another. These variations are a natural result of small-batch production and do not constitute defects. Please note that product photos are for illustrative purposes and may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and editing. By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor differences in label appearance are to be expected and do not warrant replacements, refunds, or exchanges.
