Ingredients

Fractionated Coconut Oil, Parfum (Fragrance), Pogostemon cablin oil, Limonene, Citronellol, Beta-Caryophyllene, Camphor

How To Wear

Perfume oils do not unfold their complexity when experienced directly from the bottle. If you attempt to gauge the aroma of a perfume oil by smelling it from the bottle, your experience will not be accurate.

Apply first to your pulse points (the inner wrists, the base of the throat, behind ear lobes, and the inner elbows.) where it will warm with your body heat to unfold the fragrance.

Perfume oil, unlike alcohol-based perfumes, wears closer to the skin. It warms on your body, adapts to your body chemistry, and creates a halo of scent on the body. As it fades, perfume oil can be applied throughout the day as a personal aromatic ritual.

External Use Only. Keep away from children and pets. Discontinue use should irritation occur.

Aroma palette is mineral, earthy, linen-soft, and coldly floral. Highlights include white flowers pierced by cold air, silvery resin, antique bridal linens, damp stone, snowmelt, and cracked frozen earth.

This melancholy composition shares the same atmospheric environment as Victor’s Lament and The Creature, but its emotional feel is very different. It is the saddest of the three fragrances in this collection, built from cold florals, mineral earth, and worn fabric. The florals here are so cold and enmeshed in earth that they barely register as florals. They feel like they were pressed into ice during a moment of loss and then discovered years later.

A textile note of antique bridal linens weaves through, worn and decaying rather than powdery. It’s an impression of aged fabric submerged in icy water, absorbing air and stone over time. Damp stone and cold mineral earth anchor through the dry-down, as this composition is heavily earthy.

Snowmelt runs through on the dry down, clean and faintly metallic, keeping everything cold and eerie. Cracked frozen ground deepens the damp earthiness and a silvery, translucent resin evokes remnants of the deep forest without greenery.

8ml black apothecary bottle.

Very grave

Florals in a sad way. A bit like opening a box in the attic and finding keepsakes of a relative who died young. Extremely wearable.

Beautiful Nostalgic Scent

I’m not sure why this is a nostalgic scent, but it’s is beautiful. Very complex and I can’t really describe it. But may be….haunting, comforting, dark and light and I feel can be worn every day and in all seasons. I wish this fragrance was available. I need to buy more!

Melancholy at it's finest

I don't want to describe this as foreboding, but the feeling that something bad has already happened. A loving ghost left behind. Like sad lilies at a forgotten funeral. This fragrance is incredibly feminine but cold, the utter loneliness we've all felt in the midst of heartbreak. It feels like being lost in the beauty of the barren arctic. Visiting a loved one's gravestone and leaving them a flower you pressed from your first encounter together. I can't give this enough stars and recommendation. Another amazing part of my favorite book brought to life in a way I never thought imaginable.
